विशेषज्ञता का क्षेत्र:
I am mostly drawn toward cases where the body feels like it’s trying to speak through the skin or the hormones or the gut, and I end up spending a lot of time figuring out what exactly is going off inside. As an Ayurvedic practitioner I work with skin diseases, acne concerns, PCOS-PCOD issues, gastritis, those stubborn digestive probelms that keep returning even when the person thinks they are eating “healthy”. Sometimes I sit with a patient and wonder if the imbalance started months ago or even years, because Ayurveda keeps pointing me back to the root rather than the surface. I try to use classical diagnostic tools to understand the Dosha shifts, Agni patterns, and how the whole system is reacting. My approach stays more natural, holistic, root-cause oriented, though I do make tiny adjustments when someone’s routine or mindset feels too rigid. There are days I re-check my plan twice, thinking if this herb or that dietary change actually matches their Prakriti, but it helps me keep things personal and not just formula-based. Therapies are kept simple yet deep—diet changes, herbal formulations, lifestyle tuning, gentle detox when needed. Patients sometimes get confused by the small details I add, maybe a missing comma or a fast typed line in my notes, but the intention stays clear: correct the imbalance from inside out. And when the skin clears slowly or digestion start working smoothly again, it feels like the body is finally cooperating with the treatment instead of fighting it.
उपलब्धियों:
I am still kind of surprisd sometimes when I look back at the work I did with more than 100 patients dealing with skin issues, acne, PCOS-PCOD and those long-running digestive problms that just don’t settle easily. I developed a good hold on Ayurvedic ways of treating acidity, gastritis and chronic gut imbalnce, and I completed my certification in advanced Panchakarma & detox therapies too, which helped me refine my methods. I also went through special training in hormonal disorders and women’s health, something I was a bit nervous about at first but it turned out very grounding. I took part in many health awarness camps and national workshops on Ayurvedic dermatology & lifestyle disorders, sometimes typing notes too fast and misplacing a comma here and there, yet the learning stayed. Patients often share kind feedback about my care, and that keeps me steady even on days when I doubt if I’m doing enough.

I am always looking at the body a bit differently, maybe because Ayurveda keeps reminding me that most issues, especially skin troubles or hormonal swings, start way inside before they show outside. Sometimes I find myself going back to the basics—Agni, Ama, all that stuff people think is too simple, but it actually explains so many messy patterns I see in pts every day. When digestion isn’t steady, nothing else really stays in balance, and I say this after watching case after case where the skin flares or cycle gets disturbed even when the person didn’t change much in their routine. I try not to just chase the symptoms, because honestly that never gives long-term peace. Instead I focus on detoxifying gently, correcting the root imbalance, letting the system reset its own rhythm. It takes time, and some patients get a bit impatient, but once the digestion start improving the glow on the face or clarity in mind kind of speaks for itself. I keep reminding myself also that each body reacts in its own way, so I depend a lot on Prakriti understanding before planning anything. Sometimes I have to pause and rethink if the plan suits their nature or if I’m pushing too much. My treatment plans end up being pretty personalised, maybe too detailed sometimes, mixing herbs, diet shifts, daily habits, a few small lifestyle tweaks, and guiding them toward a more stable hormonal cycle or calmer skin response. And yes, a little inconsistency happens in the way I explain things, but I try to keep it honest and simple so the patient really gets what’s happening inside them. In the end my whole approach is about restoring balance from within rather than covering things up from the outside.
