I am Dr. Manish Kumar, an Ayurvedic specialist mainly working in Kshar Sutra therapy and different anorectal disorders like piles, fissure, and fistula, and I spend most of my day helping patients who are tired of pain and repeated problems. I currently practice at Arogya Clinic & Piles Centre, Amroha, and before this I gained my clinical experince at Aviral Hospital, Lucknow, where I handled many cases that needed careful, step-by-step Ayurvedic treatement rather than quick fixes. My focus stays on non-surgical Ayurvedic management of piles, fissure and fistula, because many patients come worried about surgery and long recovery time, and honestly I try to guide them with methods that feel safer and long lasting, even if it takes patience from both sides. I also work with Panchkarma therapies that help detoxify and rejuvenate body, and I keep seeing how proper Panchkarmae sessions can slowly improve digestion, strength and overall balance, though every person reacts little bit different. Along with anorectal care, I treat joint pain and skin disorders, since these problems often affect confidence and daily comfort, and I try to understand root cause instead of just calming symptoms. My way of working is simple but personal, I listen carefully, sometimes ask same questions again just to be sure I understood correctly, and then design natural, personalized Ayurvedic care plans that feel practical for daily life. Patients often say I am easy to talk with, maybe because I avoid complicated words when not needed, and still keep my treatments reliable and structured,, even on busy days. I believe consistent care, right diagnosis, and patience from both doctor and patient can bring better results over time!
