विशेषज्ञता का क्षेत्र:
I am working in the field of Medicine with a strong focus on Panchkarma, and honestly I try to keep things simple but effective for each patient I see. My approach is more about understanding the root cause, not just the surface symptoms, which sometimes takes time and patience but it usually gives better resluts. I deal with chronic conditions, lifestyle disorders, and cases where detoxification therapies are really needed. In Panchkarma, I use procedures like Vamana, Virechana, Basti etc, depending on the patients condition, though not every case fits textbook perfectly. I beleive treatment should be personalised, not rushed or forced into a fixed plan. Sometimes I pause and re-evaluate if things dont feel right. I also focus on diet, daily routine, and long term balance, becuase without that, therapy alone is not enought. My goal is to guide patients in a practical, sustainable way... not just temporary relief but real improvment over time.
उपलब्धियों:
I am a doctor with focus on yoga and dietician work, helping patients manage health in simple ways. I use yogaa practices and diet planing to support recovery, but sometimes things dont go perfect and i adjust approch. My experince in lifestyle managment guide my care, making it more practicle and patient centerd.

I am someone who have completed my 6 months internship in an Ayurveda hospital, where I got hands-on exposure to classical Ayurvedic treatment methods and patient care. During this time I was involved in understanding prakriti assessment, basic diagnosis, and supporting treatment planning, though at times it felt like there was still so much more to learn,, and honestly that kept me focused. I also completed 6 months internship in a District hospital, which gave me a broader clinical exposure to general medicine and patient management. Here I observed different cases, acute and chronic, and learned how important timely diagnosis and coordination is in a busy healthcare setup. The environment was fast-paced and sometimes overwhelming but it helped me build practical understanding of patient handling and clinical workflows. My approach to patient care is still evolving, but I try to combine Ayurvedic principles with real-world clinical observation, even if I dont always get everything perfect the first time. I believe in listening carefully to patients, understanding their concerns, and applying a thoughtful, individualized approach. I am continously learning and improving my skills, trying to connect theoretical knowledge with clinical practice in a meaningful way, and yes there are moments of doubt but thats part of the journey I guess.
