विशेषज्ञता का क्षेत्र:
I am focused on precise diagnosis through nadi parikshan, where I carefully read the pulse to understand vata, pitta and kapha balance, along with mental and emotional well being. Many times I notice small changes in pulse that others may overlook, and that help me plan a more holisitc approach to care. I also provide Ayurvedic skin and hair care guidance based on dosha imbalance, because skin and hair often shows what is happening inside the body. My way of working is simple, observe deeply, think calmly, and then suggest care that fits the persons prakriti and current condition, even when cases feel a bit complex or confuzing at first. I try to keep my assessments clear but sometimes the body signals are subtle, and need patience to understand properly , which I belive is very importent in Ayurvedic practice.
उपलब्धियों:
I am proud to have recieved distinction in medicine through Charak Samhita studies, and my practcie always stay focused on accurate nadi pulse diagnois. I rely on this method somtimes more than others,, because it give me clearer idea about patinet balance and confdence in clinical judgement... it feel simple, but also very demanding at same time.

I am working in Ayurveda and Panchkarma field for around 15 years now, and over the time I have developed a deep intrest in understanding the body through traditional methods like Nadi Parikshan. I am trained as a Nadi parikshak, and I try to read the subtle changes in pulse to analyse Vata, Pitta, and Kapha, along with the mental and emotional well-being of the person, because many times what is felt inside does not always show outside properly. My work also includes Marma therapy and I have completed PGDCC, along with focused practice in Ayurvedic skin and hair care. I usually guide patients in managing skin and hair concerns based on dosha imbalance, because every person responds diffrently, and I feel it is important to adjust care according to their prakriti and current condition, not just give same advice to everyone. In my daily practice, I try to focus first on precise diagnosis through Nadi Parikshan, before planning any treatment. I believe proper understanding of imbalance is very neccessary before starting Panchkarma or medicines, otherwise results can feel incomplete or slow. Sometimes the process takes time, but I prefer careful analysis rather than rushing into treatment without clarity. After proper evaluation, I provide holistic Ayurvedic care that may include medicines, Panchkarma therapies, lifestyle advice, and skin or hair care guidance where needed. I try to look at the whole person, not only the symptoms, because imbalance in one area can quietly affect another area too, and that connection is easy to miss if not observed closely. Over these years, I have learned that consistency and patience matters alot in Ayurvedic healing, and I keep refining my approach with each patient I see, even when cases feels complex or slow to respond. My aim is to keep the diagnosis accurate and treatment practical, while staying rooted in classical Ayurvedic principles even if the journey sometimes feel a bit long or demanding.
