विशेषज्ञता का क्षेत्र:
I am an experienced Ayurvedic physican working mainly with pain managment, skin disorders, and respiratory illnes, and I also teach yoga as a certified instructor. My focus usually stays on finding the root cause of a problem, not just quieting the symptons, because I belive long-term balance matters more than quick fixes. In my daily practice I use Ayurvedic diagnosis, lifestyle guidance, yoga support, and holistic care to manage chronic pain, skin health issues, and breathing related conditions, though sometimes cases takes longer then expected. I try to look at the whole person — diet, routine, stress levels — even when patient only come with one complaint. It may sound simple, but small imbalances can grow big if ignorred, and thats where careful observation really helps.

I am honored to be Recieved award from Travancore Ayurveda after completing 5 years in the company, working daily in ayurveda practice and patient care. those years teach me alot about consistant treatment and discipline,, sometimes long duty make me tired but still focused on healing patiens and learning new clinical skills along the way! I keep trying improve myself even when things feel little rough or slow.

I am working in Ayurveda field for around 10years now, and currently working as consultant physician at Kerala ayurveda panchakarma clinic, Banglore. Over these years I keep seeing how patients come with long-standing issues and sometimes they already tried many things before reaching Ayurveda, and that makes me think more carefully about each case, even when days gets really busy. Most of my day goes in clinical Ayurvedic practice with OPD consultation, where I examine patients, review their symptoms and try to understand root cause in ayurvedic way, not just surface complaints. I handle management of skin and hair disorders quite regularly, things like recurrent skin problems or hairfall which many patients feel shy to discuss at first, but once they open up, treatment becomes more clear and focused. Another big part of my work is lifestyle disorder management, including diabetes, obesity, and digestive complaints. Many times these conditions dont come alone, they come mixed with stress, irregular food habits and disturbed routines, and that make treatment little more challanging at times. I try to guide patients about daily routine, diet corrections and long-term care, even when progress feels slow or uneven. I also provide preventive and wellness consultation through Ayurveda, because honestly I feel prevention is somthing people ignore untill problems become serious. Through regular follow-ups and simple lifestyle suggestions, I aim to support better balance in body functions, even if small steps feels slow in begining. Over time, working continuously in OPD setting and dealing with variety of chronic and lifestyle-related cases has helped me understand patterns of disease and patient behaviour, though sometimes I still rethink decisions and double-check plans when case feels complicated. My focus always stays on careful observation, practical ayurvedic principles and steady patient care, even when results take time to show.
