विशेषज्ञता का क्षेत्र: | I am an Ayurvedic practitioner with over 5 years of clinical experiance in Stri Roga & Prasuti Tantra, mainly working with women who deal with PCOS, irregular cycles, dysmenorrhea, infertility care, and antenatal or postnatal support. I usually focus on finding the root cause of hormonal imbalance, leucorrhea, and other lifestyle related gynacological issues, not just quieting the symptoms, because that never feels enough to me.
My work includes personalized herbal formulations, diet and lifestyle correction and detoxification therapies, along with regular patient counseling that sometimes takes more time than expected but matters alot. I also guide preventive womens healthcare from adolescence to menopause, using classical Ayurveda principles that I still keep learning from, even now
Sometimes cases are complex, and healing takes patience, but I stay commited to a holistic, step by step approach that supports long term balance rather than short term fixes. |
उपलब्धियों: | I am honored to recieved the Young Vaidya Award, which really pushed my intrest in deeper Ayurvedic reseach. I also got best award for my Garbhsanskar research paper at an International seminar indore, where I shared ideas on prenatal care and womens health , and I still feel there is more to learn and explore!! working in this area keep me curious sometimes, but focused on patient wellbeing. |
I am Dr. Kirti Malviya, an Ayurvedic practitioner with over 5 years of clinical experiance in holistic healthcare, mostly working with womens health and Ayurvedic obstetrics and gynacology. In my daily practice I focus on understanding the root-cause of health concerns rather than just calming symptoms, and I try to design personalized treatment plans that include classical Ayurvedic medicines, lifestyle management, and simple diet routines that patient can actually follow in real life. I treat womens health patient across different stages, including menstrual health, pregnancy support, and general gynecological wellness, and I always believe that healing should feel natural and steady, not rushed or forced,, sometimes it take patience but that’s part of true Ayurvedic healig. My approach stays grounded in classical Ayurveda principles while also adjusting to what modern clinical practice needs today. Alongside my clinical work, I am also involved in teaching and guiding aspiring vaidya's through workshops, webinars, and structured training programs. I enjoy sharing practical clinical Ayurveda knowledge, because bridging classical Ayurveda with modren clinical application feels necessary for the future of this field. Teaching keeps me learning too, and sometimes it remind me how important it is to stay connected to both tradition and current practice, even when things feel challenging or slow.!
