विशेषज्ञता का क्षेत्र:
I am a general practitioner with strong interest in lifestyle disorders, joint pain and ano-rectal problems, and over the years I see many patinets who come after trying diffrent treatments but still searching real relief. I usually handle cases like piles, fissur, fistula, joint stiffness, chronic body pain and other lifestyle related health concerns, and I try to look at the root cause not just quick symptom control. I listen carefully, because many people feel shy or uncomfortable talking about ano-rectal issues and that hesitation matters alot to me. My approach stay simple and practical, with regular follow ups and treatment plans that fit daily routine, not just theory based methods!! Some cases improve slow, some faster, but steady progress feels more honest than rushing results. I keep my care patient focused, realistic, and grounded in everyday medical practice.
उपलब्धियों:
I am proud of my acadmic journey, where I recieved an award for best academic performance that gave me alot of confidence and push to keep learnig. I was also felicitated by Dr Rekha Health Wisdom Panchakarma Center delhi, which felt very meaningful to me. I focus on careful observation, patient care practise, and staying updated with knowlege, even when progress feel slow sometimes.

I am a BAMS graduate running my own clinic where I meet patietns almost every day, listening closely to their concerns and trying to understand what really affects their health and daily routine. In my practice, I focus mainly on Ayurvedic treatment methods, lifestyle management, and long-term health balance, because quick relief alone dont always solve the root issue. Working independently has taught me a lot about responsiblity and consistency, and also how each patient brings a new challenge that needs careful thought. Many times I spend extra time understanding food habits, sleep cycles, stress levels, and daily routines before planning treatment, becuase without that the therapy may not fit into real life. My approach is mostly patient-centered, practical, and steady, rather than rushed or overly complicated. I usually guide people toward simple Ayurvedic principles, lifestyle correction, and gradual healing, since real recovery often happens step by step not overnight. Some days are quite busy, other days slower, but every consultation adds learning and makes me more attentive to detail. I try to keep communication clear and honest, even when progress feels slow or uncertain. For me, success means when a person starts sleeping better eating better and feeling balanced again in their daily life. That slow improvement is what keeps me motivated, even on difficult clinic days, and helps me grow as a doctor who is always learning and adjusting along teh way!
