अनुभव: | 5 years |
शिक्षा: | Patanjali bhartiya Ayurvigyan evam Anusandhan sansthan |
शैक्षणिक डिग्री: | Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery |
विशेषज्ञता का क्षेत्र: | I am focused on holistic health management through Ayurveda, especially for lifestyle disorders like PCOS, diabetes, thyroid imbalance and obesity, because many of these concerns quietly build over time and often affect more than one part of health. I usually try to understand not only symptoms but also food habits, stress, routine and overall body balance, since small daily patterns can matter alot.
A big part of my work is personalised diet planning, therapeutic nutrition and patient counseling, where I try to guide people in a way that feels practical and realistic, not too overwhelming. Sometimes health concerns feel confusing, specially when lifestyle and hormones are involved, but proper understanding can slowly change things.
I also focus on blending Ayurvedic principles with modern wellness approaches, because every person respond differntly and treatment should never feel exactly same for everyone. I belive consistent lifestyle correction, right nutrition and personalised guidance often works better in long run,, even if progress feels slow at times!! |
उपलब्धियों: | I am grateful to be recognized for patient care and holistic Ayurvedic treatment approach, and honestly one thing that always mattered to me is helping people feel understood, not rushed. I have worked closely with patients dealing with weight management, PCOS, diabetes and thyroid-related lifestyle disorders, using personalised diet plans, lifestyle correction and counseling to support long-term wellness. Seeing patients stay consistant and trust process has always felt meaningful for me. I also try to promote preventive healthcare and wellness awareness, because many health concerns can improve when right habits starts early,, even small changes matter alot!! |
I am Dr. Sheetal Rani Rajput, working as an Ayurveda Medical Officer, and over time I have realised that many health concerns improve better when treatment focuses not only on symptoms but also on daily habits, food choices and overall lifestyle. I usually try to approach patient care in a more holistic way, because body sometimes gives signals much before disease become difficult to manage. My work mainly focuses on preventive and therapeutic healthcare through Ayurvedic principles, with special interest in conditions like PCOS, diabetes, thyroid disorders, obesity and digestive concerns. I often guide patients through diet and lifestyle management, because in many cases even small routine changes can slowly make meaningful differnce, though patience is important too. A big part of my role has been patient counseling and designing personalised diet plans, helping people understand their health in practical and realistic ways rather than making things feel too overwhelming. I also have experience in conducting health consultations, managing clinical cases and educating patients about lifestyle modifications, because awareness itself can sometimes become first step toward healing. I am also deeply interested in nutritional planning and therapeutic diet design, where I try to blend modern dietary understanding with traditional Ayurvedic practices in a balanced way. Every person respond little differently to treatment and food habits, which is why I belive guidance should feel individual, not exactly same for everyone. Good health often grows slowly with consistancy, even when progress feels small at first!!
