विशेषज्ञता का क्षेत्र:
I am someone who really believe in going deep—not just in terms of treatment but like, actually listening to what the body’s been trying to say. I mainly work with Ayurveda as a lens to manage diff health stuff, and my focus always stays on root-cause healing. If the lifestyle's off, even the best herbs won't fully work right? That’s why I keep correcting habits along with dosha-balancing therapies. I help a lot of ppl with rheumatoid arthritis—reducing that constant stiffness & pain by targeting inflammation through panchakarma, specific herbs, and tweaks in diet. I also guide folks who're either struggling to lose or gain weight by figuring out their prakriti n agni first... once that makes sense, the rest starts aligning. PCOS/PCOD is another area I work on regularly—hormonal chaos, mood swings, acne, fertility blocks—all of that gets calmer when the cycles return to rhythm. Also treat leucorrhoea, or Shwet Pradar, using safe, natural stuff to support vaginal health n balance apana vayu. And yeah, mental fatigue is real. Many clients come just tired, foggy or even low-key depressed—I use Rasayana chikitsa, medhya herbs, and calming routines. I don’t rush people into big plans... healing isn’t linear. It's slow. But it works.
उपलब्धियों:
I am constantly exploring how Ayurveda fits in real life not just in textbooks. I got to be part of Swarnaprashan camps at few local schools, where we focused on boosting child immunity—it felt purposeful, y’know? Then came seminars on diabetes & women’s health... tons of practical learning on lifestyle stuff, hormonal mess etc. I did my BAMS with solid grip over the classics, still learning every day tbh. During my internship I managed OPD and real cases, that part really sharpened my clinical reflex. Now I’m tryna make Ayurveda more relatable online—simple content, daily health hacks, that kinda thing. Making Ayurveda less intimidating is something I care about.

I am Dr. Shaily Rathore and my whole thing with Ayurveda started from a really personal space where I felt modern life was like... too fast, too noisy, and kinda disconnecting us from ourselves. I mean, there's this crazy ancient wisdom just sitting there in texts like Charak Samhita n Sushrut Samhita—and honestly, every time I read through them, there's always something new I hadn’t noticed before. Those classics don't just talk about herbs n diseases, they talk about how your lifestyle, emotions, food, sleep, all of it connects. That idea of balance? Not just between doshas like Vata Pitta Kapha, but also in how we think, live, even how we breathe. I mainly work with people who wanna heal without jumping straight into heavy meds. Like ya, if your condition allows it, I’ll def choose dinacharya tweaks or basic food corrections before writing up a full medicine plan. I’ve seen in many cases, your body can bounce back when you just give it the right rhythm again. I pay close attntion to small patterns — like when ppl say they’re just tired “all the time” or can’t digest food even though reports look fine. These tiny clues matter. I also make Ayurvedic content online—in Hinglish, btw—'cause honestly I feel ppl listen more when you talk their language. Nothing too textbooky. It's more like “let’s chat about your gut issues over kadha,” y'know? There’s way too much info out there, but not all of it makes sense to the average person. I like keeping it real, simple, and actually do-able. Whether you’re lookin’ to figure out why your skin’s always reacting, or how to manage stress without burning out, or just curious how to live more sattvic—I’ll be there. I’m not the kind to rush into pills n powders. But I also won’t sit back if deeper intervention’s needed. Each person’s body tells a diff story, and honestly I just wanna help you read yours better.
