Dr. Lalit Modi
Experience: | 5 years |
Education: | Akhandanand Ayurvedic College |
Academic degree: | Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery |
Area of specialization: | I am a Panchkarma specialist with main focus on treating vatvyadhi, gastric disorders, lifestyle related problems, and auto immune conditions. My work mostly revolves around classical Panchakarma therapies, chosen carefully based on body type and disease stage, though sometimes cases overlap and need slow thinking. I regularly manage joint pain, nerve issues, digestive imbalance, acidity, bloating, and long term gastric trouble.
I also work with lifestyle disorders where diet, routine, and habits matter more than just medicine. For auto immune disorder cases, I follow a step by step approach, detox first, then balance, not rushing things. I give diet plans as per patient requirment, daily routine, work timing, and digestion strenght, not fixed charts.
My approach is practical Ayurveda, little flexible, sometimes adjusted mid way, but always patient centered and honest in intent. |
Achievements: | I am deeply focused on patients well being, and that remains my core achivement till now. I measure success by how patients feel over time, not just reports or numbers. Many people come tired, confused, and I try to guide them slow, sometimes progress is uneven. I give attention to follow-up, lifestyle advice, and small corrections that matter. Patient comfort, trust, and day to day improvement is what I value most!! I still learn from every case, and that keeps me grounded, even when results take time or change direction. |
I am trained through a one year course at Rashtriya Ayurved Vidhyapith, where my clinical thinking slowly become more clear, though sometimes confusing in start. After that, I worked for around six month as a medical officer at Nimesh Ayurveda Hospital, handling OPD cases, daily rounds, and basic emergency judgement, which honestly pushed my confidence a lot. Later, after another six month period, I continued my journey as a consultant doctor at Shashwat Ayurveda. Here my role expanded more, with independent case handling, treatment planning, and long term follow-ups. I focus on practical Ayurveda, not just textbook lines. Some days are hectic, some are slow, but patient responce keep me going. My approach is patient-focused, combining classical Ayurvedic principles with real life lifestyle guidance. I try to understand prakriti, symptoms, and habits before deciding anything, even if it take more time. I still feel learning never stops, and that keeps my work honest, even little messy sometimes!!
