Doctor information
Experience:
8 years
Education:
CBPACS, GGSIPU
Academic degree:
Doctor of Medicine in Ayurveda
Area of specialization:
I am focused on treating a wide range of lifestyle and chronic conditions through an Ayurvedic lens, especially gastrointestinal problems like acidity, IBS, indigestion and constipaton, which often look simple but rarely are. Joint and orthopedic issues such as arthritis, back pain, and cervical or lumbar spondylosis are another major part of my practice, along with acute and chronic pain managment where daily function really gets affected. I also work with diabetes and metabolic disorders, nutritional deficiencies, chronic fatigue, premature greying, and hair fall, trying to address root imbalances rather than surface symptoms only. Prakruti analysis is something I rely on a lot, becuase understanding a person’s body constitution helps guide preventive health planning in a more personal way, not general advice that fits nobody. Panchakarma detoxification and rejuvenation programs form the core of my therapeutic approach, whether for disease management or long-term wellness. Each plan is tailored carefully… bodies respond differently, and forcing uniform protocols rarely works!! My aim is steady improvement, safe therapy, and helping patients regain balance even when progress feels slow at first
Achievements:
I am honored to have received the Ayush Scholar Award from NIMA, New Delhi, a recognition that meant a lot during my academic journey in Ayurveda. It reflect not just exam performance but sustained interst in classical Ayurvedic sciences and clinical application, which honestly takes years of steady focus. Awards dont define a doctor, but they do remind me to keep standards high and continue learning, becuase patients deserve that level of commitment!!

I am Dr. Tinkle Rani, BAMS, MD (Ayurveda-Panchakarma), an Ayurvedic physician focused on Panchakarma detoxifcation and rejuvenation therapies. My training is rooted in classical Ayurvedic texts, yet i also use modern diagnostic insights when it helps clarify what the body is actually going through. Over 8+ years of clinical experiance, I have worked with patients dealing with arthritis, skin disorders, digestive complaints, hormonal imbalance, stress issues, and even autoimmune conditions, each case needing a slightly diffrent path. Panchakarma, to me, is not just procedures but a structured healing process that combines purification, herbal medicines, diet regulation, and lifestyle correction. I try to design individualized protocols rather than one-size plans, because bodies rarely behave textbook perfect. Patients often come after trying many things, sometimes confused or tired, and we start rebuilding from basics… digestion, sleep, daily rhythm, all of it matters more than people expect! I also hold a diploma in Clinical and Behavioural Psychology, which allows me to offer clinical counselling alongside physical treatment. Mind and body are rarely seperate in chronic illness, and addressing both usually brings steadier results. Apart from consultations, I stay involved in patient education and awareness about preventive Ayurveda, because treatment alone is not enough if habits stay teh same. My approach is simple, careful, and result-oriented, with emphasis on safety and long-term wellness, not quick fixes or dramatic claims. Healing takes patience, from doctor and patient both, but when it works, it really works.
