Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery
Area of specialization:
I am mainly working with patients who come with vata vyadhi, especially in Chennai where I see many cases after prolonged use of allopathy medicine. I focus on understanding how long-term medication use has affected their body balance, and try to manage the condition through Ayurvedic approach. Many patient come with chronic pain, stiffness, or nerve related issues, and sometimes the history is bit complex so it takes time to asses properly. I am trying to give treatment that supports natural healing and reduce dependency on strong medicines, though results may vary in each case. My interest is in observing how vata imbalance develops over time and how it can be corrected with proper care and lifestyle guidnace. I keep my approach simple but patient-specific, even if it feel slow sometimes, but consistency matters alot here.
Achievements:
I am awarded Best Vaidya of the Month by Nirogstreet, they give me this certifcate for my work in Ayurveda care and patient managment. It reflect my focus on treating cases with proper diagnois and safe herbal medicines, though sometime I feel I can still improve more. This recogniton mean a lot, even if small but it matter to my daily practice and patients trust.

I am practicing Ayurveda for around 5 year now, and honestly I have been seeing patients on a regular basis during this time. I treat many patients using Ayurvedic medicine, focusing on natural healing and balancing the body systems, though sometimes cases takes a bit longer than expected. My approach is quite simple but thoughtful, I try to understand each patient condition individually and then suggest suitable Ayurvedic treatment. I believe in using traditional methods and herbal medicines that are known for having no side effect, or very minimal ones if not followed properly. This helps patients feel more safe and comfortable with the treatment process.. Over the years, I have treated many patients with different health concerns, and I try my best to guide them not just with medicines but also lifestyle and diet changes, because that also matters alot in Ayurveda. I dont rush things, healing takes time and patience, and I usually explain this clearly to my patients. I am still learning everyday and improving my understanding of Ayurvedic principles, but I stay committed to providing care that is natural, patient-focused and effective in long term. Sometimes I feel cases are challenging, but that also helps me grow as a doctor, I guess.
