Diagnosis: Mutrashmari (Kidney Stone – 6 mm) —Rx: 1) Aimil Neeri Syrup 200 ml 2 tsp (10 ml) bd with equal water 2) Aimil Neeri Tablet 1 tab bd 3) Chandraprabha Vati 2 tab bd after meals 4) Gokshuradi Guggulu 2 tab bd 5) Varunadi kashay 10 ml twice daily after meal with equal amount of water —advice (Pathya) pani 3–4 litre/day Nimbu pani daily Avoid: palak, chai excess, junk food – Follow-up 30 din baad review
