Academic degree: | Doctor of Medicine in Ayurveda |
Area of specialization: | I am focused on managing metbolic disorders like long-term sugar imbalance, weight issues, and related systemic concerns, and I try to look at patterns that sometimes get missed in routine care. My work also covers digestive and liver health, including chronic gut discomfort and liver stress, where steady monitoring and small lifestyle shifts matter alot.
I am also interested in preventative care using Rasayana and immunmodulation ideas, helping patients build strenght before illness becomes serious, this part of care feels very important to me. With chronic disease management, I follow holistic protocols for long-standing illnesses, adjusting plans when body signals change or dont respond as expected.
Sometimes cases take patience and careful follow up, and I belive steady guidance, honest discussion, and practical routines can make treatment more sustainable for many patients. |
Achievements: | I am proud to share that I was awared as PG STAR by CCRAS, a recoginition that really recieved during my postgraduate training in 2022 sesion. This honor reflect my steady work in ayurved clinical learning and patient focused profesional growth, sometimes tough days,, but I kept improving my medical skills and academic focus. |
I am deeply involved in managing a range of metabolic and chronic health issues, and over time I keep seeing how closely things like Type 2 Diabetes (Prameha), prediabetes, and obesity are tied to everyday habits that people sometimes overlook. I work a lot with metabolic disorders, trying to guide patients through practical steps, though at times progress feel slow and need patience from both sides. My focus in these cases is on steady regulation of blood sugar, weight balance, and metabolic stability, even when the condition look simple at first glance. I am also quite engaged with digestive and liver related concerns such as NASH (fatty liver), acid peptic disorders, and Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS). Many patients come in after long periods of discomfort, sometimes confused why symptoms keep returning agian, and that pushes me to look at digestion from multiple angles. I try to connect diet habits, liver health, and gut response carefully, even when reports dont always tell the full story. I am interested in preventative care through Rasayana therapy and public health wellness approaches, where strengthening immunity and long term resistance becomes the main target. Preventive work sound simple, but it often require consistent lifestyle support and regular follow-up, which can be challanging at times for patients who have busy routines. I am working with an integrative medicine approach, combining Ayurvedic therapies alongside modern diagnostic insights for more precise healing pathways. I rely on available investigations and clinical observation together, because sometimes one method alone does not explain the whole condition properly. In chronic disease management, I try to design holistic protocols for long-standing systemic illnesses, even when recovery move in small steps or take longer then expected.
