Which medicine is Effective with no side effect for Penis Erectile dysfunction cure & penis blood flow increse? My younger age like 16 years old i did everybody 2 time Masturbation then my penis became smaller. Can you give me advise which medicine can regain my penis size.

take ashwagandha 10-15 gm with warm milk at night take safed musli with warm milk + mishri ( rock sugar ) twice in morning and night diet - include 5-7 soaked peeled almonds n wallnut in diet avoid - excessive caffeine spicy processed foods smoking get hydration do yoga , deep breathing and anulom vilom - 10 min daily for stress and anxiety

At 16, this is not erectile dysfunction in a medical sense. Your body is still developing, and what you are experiencing is due to stress, overthinking, and frequent stimulation, not a permanent problem or damage. Masturbation does not shrink the penis and does not cause permanent loss of size or function. The reduced erections and low desire are coming from mental stress, performance anxiety, and nervous system fatigue, especially when you focus too much on it. This creates a cycle where fear reduces confidence, and that affects erections temporarily. No medicines are required at your age for this. Instead, correct the routine. Reduce masturbation frequency to not more than 2–3 times per week, avoid watching stimulating content, and focus on physical activity like running, sports, or exercise daily. Sleep properly for at least 7–8 hours, and avoid late-night screen use. For support, you can take Ashwagandha ½ tsp with warm milk at night to improve strength and reduce stress. Include nuts, milk, fruits, and a balanced diet to support natural development. Your size and function will return to normal once the mind is relaxed and the body is not overstimulated. This is a temporary phase, not a permanent issue.
