Dr Sushmita sarkar
Experience: | 4 years |
Education: | Uttarakhand ayurvedic university |
Academic degree: | Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery |
Area of specialization: | I am a Panchkarma doctor who mostly focus on traditional Ayurvedic detoxification and cleansing therapys that help the body reset in a very basic but powerful way. My work revolve around guiding patients through Panchkarma therapy process, watching how their body react, and adjusting care when needed, even when things feel a bit slow or confusing at first.
Sometimes I feel people expect quick magic results, but Panchkarma is more about steady purification and restoring balance in natural way, not rushing it. I try to keep approach simple, patient-centered and honest, even if results take time and require disipline from both sides. My interest stay in safe, structured cleansing procedures and helping body remove toxins gradualy, though every case feel little different, and that keeps me thinking alot. |

I am a doctor with 2 year of clinical experience, still early in my journey but learning something new almost every single day, and sometimes that feels both exciting and a bit overwhelming at the same time. During these 2 year I have been working closely with patients, trying to understand there concerns properly, not just the symptoms but the small details they mention in passing, becuase many times that helps guide better decisions. I try to keep my approach simple and practical, focusing on careful listening and clear communication, even when the day gets busy or slightly chaotic. With 2 year of hands-on work, I have started to build confidence in patient care, documentation, and day to day medical responsibilities, though I still double-check things when needed… better safe than careless, right. Some days feel smooth, others feel messy and rushed, but each case adds to my expereince and shapes the way I think about patient safety and treatment choices. I belive consistent effort, patience, and staying open to feedback matters alot, even when mistakes or confusion happens here and there. Right now, my focus stays on growing steadily, learning from real clinical situations, and improving how I support patients in practical, responsible ways, even if progress sometimes feel slow or uneven.
