Education:
Rajiv Gandhi university of health and science Bangalore, Karnataka , India
Academic degree:
Doctor of Medicine in Ayurveda
Area of specialization:
I am focused on managing lifestyle disorders and preventive healthcare, mostly around liver health, digestion, and metabolic conditions that people struggle with everyday. My work usually combine traditional Ayurvedic therapies with personalized diet planning and lifestyle changes, because one fixed plan rarely fits evry patient. I deal with liver disorders like fatty liver and raised SGPT/SGOT, and also many digestive issues such as acidity, IBS, and chronic indigestion that just wont settle easily. Lifestyle disorders including obesity, PCOS, and diabetes support are a big part of my practice too, along with infertility, skin and hair concerns, and long-term wellness care. I also believe strongly in patient education, helping people understand their Prakriti and how daily habits affect health, sometimes it takes time but the awareness makes real diference in outcomes!
Achievements:
I am active member of RAAUOS, and this role keeps me conected with wider ayurvedic medical comunity where knowledge and clinical updates get shared time to time. I try stay engaged in profesisonal discussions, though sometimes pace feel fast, but it help me grow as doctor and keep my practice relevent to patient care needs today.

I am an Ayurvedic Consultant and academician who stay deeply connected to the classical roots of Ayurveda, and at the same time trying to make it useful for todays fast moving lifestyle. My work mostly revolve around understanding the root cause of illness, not just the surface symptoms, because many times patients come after long struggle and they feel confused about what really went wrong. I run my own clinical practice at Ayurshruti Clinic in Hubli, where I established the setup and manage patient care based on detailed Prakriti and Vikriti assessment. Many of my cases involve lifestyle disorders, digestive issues and liver related problems, and I spend good amount of time discussing Ahara and Vihara because small daily habits actually make big differnce over time. I also worked as Duty Doctor at Secure Hospital, Hubli for one year, managing OPD and IPD patients with an integrated clinical approach, handling both general and chronic cases and planning follow-ups carefully. During the COVID period, I served at RSS COVID Care Center, Belagavi for three months, monitoring patients and providing supportive care, which honestly taught me how important patience and observation are in healing. My internship training at Shri BMK Ayurveda Mahavidyalaya gave me exposure to OPD, IPD, Panchakarma and pharmacy work, and later rotations at Yellur Charitable Hospital and Lake View Hospital helped me understand community and diverse clinical needs. I also worked as Assistant Professor at RGES Ayurvedic Medical College, Ron for one year, teaching undergraduate students and guiding them in practical understanding of Ayurvedic principles, though sometimes balancing teaching and clinic felt little hectic but rewarding. In my practice I commonly manage liver disorders like fatty liver and elevated SGPT or SGOT, digestive problems such as Agnimandya, Amlapitta and IBS, along with lifestyle diseases like obesity, PCOS and diabetes support cases. Skin issues and hair fall also come quite often, and each patient needs slightly diffrent protocol, not a fixed one. I also focus strongly on preventive health through Dinacharya and Ritucharya guidance, because prevention feel more meaningful than waiting for disease to grow bigger. Alongside this, I have hands on experiance in preparing classical Ayurvedic formulations, which helps me understand medicines from a deeper level, even when results take time and require patience.
