As you are known case of Hypothyroidism which is closely associated with Constipation, Myalgia, Anemia due to the lack of thyroid hormones slows downs the metabolism rate which leads to frequent constipation with lack of energy, body ache. Due to anemia leads to hair loss and also greying of hair. first line of treatment is to correct your Agni (Digestive fire) 1) Avipatti churna 1tsp–0–1tsp along with warm water for 5 days after food After completing 5 days go for below mentioned medications For the Hypothyroidism 2) Kanchanara guggulu 1–1–1 after food for 15 days 3) Hamsapadadi kwatha 2tsp–2tsp–2tsp with warm water after food for 15 days For constipation 4) Abhayarishta 2tsp–0–2tsp with warm water after food for For body ache and to gain strength 5) Ashwagandhadi leham 0–0–1tsp along with milk for 15 days
6) Bala thailam for external applications For greying of hair application of Indigo + Amla+ Bhringraj + Henna in powder form make paste by adding water apply and rinse thoroughly Diet to be followed - Jawar, millets, fruits, green veggies, buttermilk Avoid taking cabbage, Cauliflower, spinach, deep fired oily food
