Area of specialization: | I am an Ayurvedic doctor who mainly focus on gastrointestinal problems like acidity, indigestionn and bloating, and I try to understand why digestion gets disturb in daily life. I also work closely with women’s health concerns such as irregular menstruation and hormonal imbalance, and basic skin conditions that often come from inner imbalance, not just surface issues. Many patients come with lifestyle disorders, and I guide them with diet regulation, daily routine and preventive care using Ayurvedic principles, though sometimes small habits get ignored by people you know. My way is more holistic, I combine medicines diet and daily regimen together for better outcomes, becuase treating only symptoms dont feel complete to me. I try to keep things simple, practical and aligned with natural healing process, even when progress feels slow at times! |

I am a BAMS-qualified Ayurvedic doctor with solid academic training and real hands-on exposure in outpatient care, and most of my day usually revolve around listening carefully to patients and trying to understand what is really going on beneath the surface. During internship and independent clinical practice, I have managed variety of cases like digestive disorders such as acidity, indigestion and bloating, along with women’s health concerns including irregular menstruation and hormonal imbalance, and also common skin conditions that patients often ignore untill it becomes troublesome. I am used to detailed patient examination, diagnosis and treatment planning, and yes, follow-up care is something I give a lot of attention to because missing small details can lead to confusion later. My approach is strongly based on classical Ayurvedic principles, where I focus on identifying the root cause, or nidana, and assessing dosha, dushya and prakriti before deciding what path to take. Sometimes it take extra time, but I feel that is needed for proper clarity. I tend to emphasize individualized care, combining internal medications with dietary regulation and lifestyle adjustments, rather than chasing temporary relief that fades after few days. I have practical experience in case-taking, clinical reasoning and formulation-based management, along with patient counselling and monitoring progress over time, even when improvement feels slow or uneven at first. I believe in holistic, patient-centered care that respects traditional Ayurvedic knowledge while still keeping a clear understanding of modern clinical relevance when required, though balancing both can feel little demanding at times. I remain committed to continuous learning through self-study, real patient interactions and application-based practice, making sure treatment remain safe, effective and ethical for every person I see.
