Area of specialization: | I am mostly into gut stuff, nerves & skin-hair issues—though honestly, they all kinda overlap more than ppl realize. I deal with chronic indigestion, IBS, acidity that just keeps coming back no matter what pill ppl try. On the other side, I work a lot with Vata Vyadhi types—like neuropathies, tingling, nerve fatigue, and weird untraced numbness.
Hairfall & scalp probs show up a lot too—sometimes linked with digestion, sometimes stress or pitta-imbalance. Skin-wise, things like eczema, dull rashy skin, or itchy flare-ups, psoriasis etc., need diff plans. I don’t follow generic line—every treatment has to shift based on prakriti, agni, what the patient is goin through emotionally too, and diet!! Oh diet always sneaks in somewhere.
Usually I plan with classical ayurvedic meds, some panchakarma when needed, plus day-to-day lifestyle changes that ppl can *actually do*. Not just idealistic dos n don'ts that make no sense in real life. Everything I focus on aims to be sustainable & long-term—not jus suppressing surface-level signs but healing deeper imbalance. |
Achievements: | I am trained through clinical work in a dedicated panchkarma hospita—where I’ve managed a lot of Vata vikara cases, especially those nerve-related weakness types n hormonal stuff like menstrual imbalances too. That hands-on thing helped me figure what actually works vs what just looks good on paper. I learned how to blend classical panchakarma with targeted meds, & build plans that fit real ppl. Felt like where I really built my skill set…def not just theory or textbook talk. |
I am currently diving deep into a pretty wide mix of issues—nerve-related stuff (mostly Vata Vyadhi types), gut disorders, hormonal imbalances, and chronic skin & hair conditions that just don’t quit. Lately I’ve been seeing more PCOS, thyroid stuff, anxiety-linked digestion probs like IBS or that weird mix of bloating+constipation ppl deal with but don’t really talk abt. Hairfall too—feels minor at first but oh it hits hard emotionally. I don’t believe in “one herb for all” type fixes. I usually spend more time figuring what’s *really* off—like where the doshas went outta sync—before even thinking of medicines. My plans mix ayurvedic formulations, Panchakarma when it fits, and diet changes that actually make sense in real life... not those random charts ppl can’t follow. With weight cases I’m cautious. Obesity ain’t just about food, right? I usually check if there's metabolic trouble or hidden hormonal mess—PCOS, insulin resistance or something subtle in thyroid profile. Menstrual issues too—some patients just keep getting irregular cycles n no one told ‘em why. Those are the things I wanna change. I don’t push fast detox or drastic steps, specially if person’s agni is weak. Instead I go layer by layer. I’ve seen better, long lasting results that way even tho it takes bit longer. Main goal? Help body reset itself, not push it harder than it can handle. I believe that balance comes back if you listen close enough to what the body’s trying to say. Patients don’t always know how to explain things... but once we connect the dots, the healing gets easier.
