Dr. Bhagyashri Chakole
Experience: | 2 years |
Education: | All India Institute of Ayurveda, Delhi |
Academic degree: | Doctor of Medicine in Ayurveda |
Area of specialization: | I am mostly working with people who have stuff like metabolic disorders, gut problems, liver trouble, skin flare ups—things that dont just go away on their own. I check their prakriti first, because without knowing that you’re just guessing half the treatment. Whether it’s indigestion that keeps coming back, fatty liver starting to cause fatigue, acne that’s stubborn, or lifestyle imbalances making everything worse, I try to dig into the actual root cause. My plans usually mix classical Ayurvedic herbs, food changes that are practical, and daily or seasonal routine tweaks. Sometimes just a small shift in eating times or sleep makes big difference, other times it needs full plan with herbs + diet. Goal is always long term balance, not a quick patch up. |
Achievements: | I am done with my MD in Ayurveda from All India Institute of Ayurveda, New Delhi—got distinction too, which honestly felt like all those late nights with books and endless notes was worth it. AIIA is one of the top places for Ayurveda study, kinda sets a high bar, and it shaped how I work now—mixing classical texts with evidence-based practice. Every patient plan I make carries that grounding, not just theory but what actually works in real cases. |
I am working in Ayurveda for a bit over 5 years now, and honestly it still feels like there’s so much more to learn every day. My focus is mostly on helping people stay healthy or recover by using nature’s own way of healing, not just covering up symptoms. I look at a person’s prakriti—their unique body constitution—because that tells a lot about where imbalance may be hiding. Then I try to match treatment to them, not the other way round. In my practice, I spend quite a lot of time on the small details… Dinacharya (daily routine), Ritucharya (how you shift with seasons), Ahara (diet) that fits both the person and their reality. I’m not here to hand over a list of “do this, don’t do that” and walk away. I want them to understand why certain changes matter. I’ve seen that when people get that, they stick to it, and the results stay longer. I often work with lifestyle disorders—diabetes, thyroid, weight trouble—but also with those who just want to avoid falling into that cycle in the first place. For me, prevention and early correction is as important as treatment itself. I use classical herbs, diet adjustments, and sometimes just habit shifts to get things moving in the right direction. I believe real healing starts when people start listening to their own body more. My role is kinda like a guide, someone to connect the dots and make a plan that feels doable. And I try to keep it balanced—not old-school Ayurveda locked in tradition only, not modern advice with no roots—just a space where both meet and actually work for real life.
