Area of specialization: | I am mostly working with chronic conditions these days, especially joint stuff like rheumatoid arthritis, gout, osteoarthritis.. and honestly it’s way more layered than it looks at first. I use classical Panchakarma therapies—ya, the real deal like Basti, Virechana etc—but I tweak the protocols depending on how deep the toxins gone or how long the symptoms sticking around. Some cases, ppl come in barely able to sit straight and after few weeks they’re climbing stairs again. That feels real.
I also deal with gastro probs—like bloating, IBS, indigestion, stuff that doesn’t go away with regular meds. And skin conditions too.. eczema, psoriasis or just chronic itching that nobody finds a cause for. In many of these, I’ve noticed detox plays a major role, but you gotta combine it with right ahar-vihar or it doesn’t hold.
Each treatment is like super custom. I don’t belive in one-size fits all.. because prakruti matters, doshas act diff in each body, right? I keep track of how body’s responding and adjust—sometimes we go slow, sometimes intense if body can handle. End goal’s not just symptom relief, but making ppl feel well from inside again. Whole body kinda shifts. |
Achievements: | I am kinda proud of a few things honestly. Back in Bhopal, I’d won a quiz competition at PTKLS—wasn’t expecting it tbh, but it gave me a boost early on. During 2020, I was active in field support work and got a Corona Warrior Certificate for that… small thing maybe, but it mattered then. Way earlier, in 2013, I got the Medhavi Chhatra Samman for academic stuff, which my parents still talk about lol. I also kept attending national Ayurveda seminars, mostly in Bhopal, to keep learning, still do. |
I am someone who's always kinda drawn to how Ayurveda can actually reset the body. Like not just mask stuff with meds but really go to the root. That’s what made me pursue my postgraduation in Panchakarma from Govt Khushilal Ayurved College in Bhopal. The training there was intense, very hands-on, really helped me get confident in doing therapies the way they're meant to be done—not diluted or shortcut. Panchakarma just makes sense to me. I see it not just as a detox process (though that too), but more like a system reboot—when done right, it clears out the junk at all levels. I work with protocols that include Vamana, Virechana, Basti, Nasya, and Raktamokshan.. based on a person's prakruti, symptoms, and how deep the dosha imbalance has gone. I won’t lie—sometimes it takes time, but when you see someone who’s struggled for yrs start to feel light again, that’s everything. I try not to overdo medicines.. like if we can correct digestion and routine, half the problem gets easier anyway. I also mix diet planning and daily habits into treatment—helps ppl feel involved and not just passive patients. I do lot of work with chronic conditions, especially things like arthritis, PCOD, IBS, and those stress-load cases where nothing shows in scans but the person’s not okay. I guess that’s where I feel Panchakarma really shines—it connects all the dots. What drives me mostly is making these therapies practical. No complicated rituals or outdated stuff that ppl can’t follow. I explain things in a way that’s real, and adapt treatment for their lifestyle without diluting the core science. That’s kinda my zone—authentic Panchakarma, but made doable for now. If you're genuinely lookin for root-level care and are open to working with your body instead of just supressing things, then I feel we might click.
