How to gain weight with the help of ayurved? - #22941

I am 20 years old with 43 weightonly. I am underweight as per BMI. i want to gain weight 4-5 kgsonly. Suggest me some ayurvedicmedicine so i can gain weight in 2-months. Also, ihave been taking one ayurvedicmedicinesyrup (laavanyabhashkar) as suggested bydocters but noimprovement

Moderate exercise, like yoga and light strength exercises, can help in muscle building, crucial for healthy weight gain. Concentrate on postures that encourage grounding and balance, such as Vajrasana and Tadasana, to support your digestive health and appetite.
In terms of Ayurvedic therapeutics, Ashwagandha churna or ashwagandha tablets, known for its rejuvenative and nourishment properties, can be an effective addition to your regimen. Mixed with warm milk, ashwagandha can stimulate the body's anabolic processes and aid in weight gain. Consider taking 1/2 to 1 teaspoon once or twice a day after meals. Another possibility is Shatavari, which can also be useful in promoting body strength and mass; in specific cases can complemented with ashwagandha. Consult with a qualified Ayurvedic practitioner before starting these to ensure they suit your body constitution.
