I want to discuss a personal issue. I have been masturbating frequently for some time, and I am worried whether it is affecting my health. I sometimes feel tired, low in energy, and mentally distracted, and I am not sure if it is related or just psychological. I would like to know if my frequency is normal, and whether it can affect testosterone, memory, strength, or overall health. I also want guidance on whether I should reduce it and how to manage urges in a healthy way. Please advise me honestly about any medical concerns.
