- Pippali (long pepper): tradicionalmente usada para fortalecer pulmones. - Trikatu (jengibre, pimienta negra, pippali): mejora la digestión y reduce mucosidad.

HELLO, In Ayurveda, asthma is linked to an imbalance of kapha (mucus, congestion) and sometimes Vata (breathing difficulty) ONION WITH MILK - IS IT HELPFUL? -Onion is warming and can help reduce excess kapha (mucus) -milk however increases kapha and may worsen congestion in asthma So in Ayurveda, onion with milk is not ideal for Asthama, especially if there is mucus BETTER AYURVEDIC SUPPORT -Warm water + honey + ginger juice-> helps clear mucus -Turmeric in warm water not milk-> reduces inflammation -Tulsi tea->supports lungs -Steam inhalation with ajwain (carom seeds)-> ones airways -Avoid cold foods, yogurt, banana, and heavy dairy during meals If you have an active asthma attack, home remedies are supportive only. Always use your prescribed inhaler DO FOLLOW HOPE THIS MIGHT BE HELPFUL THANK YOU

—onion is considered warming and may help reduce Kapha (mucus). Warm milk can soothe the throat. However, in asthma (Tamaka Shwasa), the condition involves airway inflammation and imbalance, so onion with milk may help mild mucus symptoms but is not sufficient for managing an asthma attack. Proper Ayurvedic treatment and prescribed asthma medication are still necessary.

Yes onion can help a little because it works as a natural expectorant and may help loosen mucus. But milk can increase the feeling of phlegm or congestion in some people with asthma Take onion juice with honey, or boiled onion in water instead of milk if you are having an asthma attack or breathing difficulty, use your inhaler and see a doctor

Hola.
