15 din se severe cough, awaaz na nikalna aur saans me dikkat hona normal nahi hai — isme delay nahi karna chahiye. Seedha step: Chest check-up ya doctor consult turant karayein (infection, bronchitis ya asthma type issue rule out karna zaroori hai). Support ke liye: Sitopaladi churna ½ tsp + honey ke saath din me 3 baar lein. Talisadi churna ½ tsp din me 2 baar lein. Din me 2–3 baar steam lein aur haldi wala garam doodh raat ko lein. Thandi cheezein, dahi, cold drinks bilkul band karein. Agar saans ki dikkat badhe, bukhar aaye ya chest me tightness ho to immediate medical help lein.
