Persistent Dry Cough After Allergic Reaction - #51585

I’m 80 years old male. I picked up dry cough probably allergic during my Tripura visit in Feb. (24-27). After taking allopathic medicine-antibiotics+anti-allergic medicine the problem has reduced but dry coughing is still troubling me. The phlegm in lungs isn’t clearing. Thanks.

Avoid chilled, dairy and bakery products.
Use boiled water for drinking.
Regular exercise.
Increase intake of raw vegetables and fruits.

Avoid chilled water , avoid exposure of cold breeze, AC.
Also avoid banana, curd, cucumbers.
Daily morning take steam with Halin capsules 2 drops in hot water. Close eyes while steam to avoid burning.
Medicine :
1. Sitopaladi Churna 1tsf 3 times after meals
2. Shwasamruta Syrup 10ml 3 times after meals
3. Cap. Grab 1 tab 3 times after meals
