This appears to be Kapha–Vata type Jwara with throat and respiratory involvement. Avoid cold, curd, fried and heavy foods. Take warm water with ginger and tulsi. Gargle with warm salt water. You may continue Adulsa syrup for cough. Use Anulom Vilom and gentle Bhramari pranayama daily; avoid Bhastrika and Kapalbhati during fever. Take rest, keep chest and throat warm, and do steam inhalation. If fever persists beyond 2–3 day then go for these tests —CBC,crp Influenza A/B Test Chest X-ray (PA view) esr –Prescription 1.
