1) Aimil asthigon Syrup 2 teaspoonful 2–3 times a day After food with warm water 2) Aimil jufex Forte Syrup 2 teaspoonful (10 ml) 2 times a day After food with warm water 3) Amynity Plus granules 5 gm in water in morning empty stomach -----remedies These are supportive 4) Warm Ginger Tea with black pepper + Honey 5) anu taila 2 drops in each nostril How to prepare: • Boil 1 cup water with 1/2 inch fresh ginger + 2–3 crushed black pepper • Strain and let cool slightly • Add ½–1 teaspoon honey (if not diabetic) Frequency: 2–3 cups a day Use: Helps thin mucus and soothe throat 5) Saline Gargle / Warm Salt Water How to do: ½ teaspoon salt in warm water Frequency: 2–3 times/day Use: Clears throat phlegm ---- How Long to Take Acute phlegm (recent onset): 5–7 days Chronic or recurrent: 2–4 weeks and adjust based on response

Start with Sitopaladi churan+yastimadhu churan= equal quantity, take 1 tsp from the mixture twice daily.wirh 2 tsp honey. Stem inhalation once daily with few drops of eucalyptus oil Warm water Gargle with pinch of turmeric. Avoid citrus fruits, cold drink, icecream, sugary foods, fried foods. Take Tulsi capsules 1-0-1 after food with water Make warm tea with 1/2tsp Trikatu churan once daily. Have warm haldi doodh at bedtime.
