Gale me bahut balgam jama rehna, chest heaviness, cough, dairy se trigger hona, aur khana/pani atakna — ye long-standing kapha problem ke saath reflux, allergy, sinus drip, ya throat irritation ka mix ho sakta hai. Since symptoms 6+ months aur very severe hain, treatment structured hona chahiye. Morning (empty stomach) Trikatu Churna 1–2 grams with honey or lukewarm water Once daily for 2–4 weeks After Breakfast & After Dinner Sitopaladi Churna 3 grams with honey Twice daily After Meals (if digestion poor / gas / heaviness) Arogyavardhini Vati 1 tablet twice daily after food 2–3 weeks only unless supervised Night Triphala Churna 3 grams with warm water at bedtime For constipation / gut cleansing Gargle / Local Relief Warm water + pinch haldi + salt gargle 2 times daily Steam Steam inhalation 5–10 min evening Please start the above Ayurvedic treatment regularly and observe the response. Follow-up after 2–3 weeks is very important so we can assess your progress and make any necessary adjustments in medicines or dosage. Take care 🌿
