Is my Arjun powder dosage safe for high blood pressure? - #51074

Hi I have high bp .I am not taking allopathic medicine..But inam taking 2 gms arjunchal powder in 1 cup of water and Boil it and consuming 3 times a week..Is it safe dose and for how long I can continue it...Ihave hypothyroid also

●Yes but 1st 2 3 month take it 3 times a day then you can decrease dose as per your blood pressure.
●For thyroid
●Sarvkalp kwath 20ml
Mulethi kwath 100gm
Mix both and take 1-2tsp + 400ml water boil upto 100 ml reaming and drink 2 times a day
●Kanchnar guggulu 60gm
Vrudhivatika vati 400gm
Arigyavardhani vati 40gm
Take 1 1 tab 3 times a day 1/2 hr. Before food
