Concerns About Frequent Masturbation and Its Health Effects - #51038

Client_110673

I want to discuss a personal issue. I have been masturbating frequently for some time, and I am worried whether it is affecting my health. I sometimes feel tired, low in energy, and mentally distracted, and I am not sure if it is related or just psychological. I would like to know if my frequency is normal, and whether it can affect testosterone, memory, strength, or overall health. I also want guidance on whether I should reduce it and how to manage urges in a healthy way. Please advise me honestly about any medical concerns.”

How often do you engage in masturbation?:

- Several times a week

How would you rate your energy levels throughout the day?:

- Low energy

Have you noticed any changes in your mood or mental clarity?:

- Constant mental fog

Doctors' responses

–According to Ayurveda, excessive ejaculation may weaken Shukra dhatu and aggravate Vata, leading to fatigue and mental fog. Moderation according to one’s strength is advised. Proper diet (milk, ghee, nuts), good sleep, stress control, and Rasayana like Ashwagandha can help restore balance. –Advice: Brahmacharya in moderation (avoid excess) Proper sleep (7–8 hrs) Avoid late nights, spicy/junk food, excessive screen exposure —Diet: Warm milk at night + 1 tsp ghee Soaked almonds (5 daily) Dates / black sesame in moderation —Medicine: 1)Tab. Ashwagandha 500 mg – 1 BD after food with milk 2)Cap. Musli Pak – 1 BD with milk 3)Chyawanprash – 1 tsp OD in morning Follow up: 4 weeks
