—This is often due to indigestion or mild stomach irritation, but we should watch for warning signs like vomiting blood, black stools, severe pain, or weight loss. For now, try small, frequent meals, avoid lying down right after eating, and limit spicy or fatty foods. If symptoms persist or worsen, we’ll need to do further tests to check for gastritis or ulcers. —Rx- 1) tab coolant 1 tab after meal twice daily 2) avipatikarchurn 1/2 tsf before meal twice daily with Luke warm water 3) trifla churn 1 tsf at night with Luke warm water –Dietary Advice: Light, easily digestible meals; avoid fried, spicy, and heavy foods Eat at regular intervals, avoid skipping meals Drink warm water, avoid cold drinks and aerated beverages Lifestyle: Avoid lying down immediately after meals Gentle walk for 10–15 minutes after food Stress management (meditation or deep breathing) —Follow-up: Review in 2 weeks
