Hello Thank you for your question Yes Triphala, Gokshura, and mulethi can be combined in some cases but not for everyone and not always as a night kadha UNDERSTAND THE HERBS Triphala -Mild laxative in nature -It improves digestion -Detoxifies - good for constipation Gokshura -supports urinary system -mild strength tonic -reduces inflammation Mulethi - It soothes your gut lining -Good for acidity - boosts your immunity CAN YOU COMBINE THEM AS NIGHT KADHA? Technically yes but also consider this 👉if you are taking for constipation Triphala alone is enough Gokshura not needed 👉if you are taking for immunity and strength Mulethi + warm milk is better for immunity If you still want to take it Best approach is Triphala powder 1 tsp Boil in 1 cup of water Reduce to half And drink at bed time If acidity is present - add a small pinch of mulethi What i always think is Simple formulas works better then complex combinations Wishing you a good health 😊 Warm Regards Dr Snehal Vidhate

Yes u can take
You can combine Triphala, Gokshura (Tribulus), and Mulethi (Licorice) into a mild kadha (herbal decoction). Together, they can help with constipation, mild immunity boost, and general strength. Suggested Kadha Preparation— - Take ½ tsp Triphala + ½ tsp Gokshura + ¼ tsp Mulethi. - Boil in 2 cups of water until reduced to 1 cup. - Strain and drink warm at night. Precautions---- - Triphala can sometimes cause loose stools if taken in excess. - Mulethi may raise blood pressure if used daily in large amounts. - Gokshura is generally safe, but long-term use should be monitored. - Avoid combining in very high doses — keep it mild. - If you have diabetes, hypertension, or kidney issues, consult a physician before regular use.
HELLO, Yes, you can combine Triphala, gokshura, and Mulethi for a night time kadha- but the combination should be adjusted based on your bod type (Prakriti), digestion, and current symptoms 1) TRIPHALA -best for constipation -Mild detoxifier -Balances Vata, pitta , kapha (especially good for gut cleansing at night) -Improves digestion and immunity over time VERY SUITABLE AT NIGHT 2) GOKSHURA -strengthening -supports urinary system and reproductive health -mildly cooling -helpful if weakness, low stamina or urinar burning is present Safe at night Not a directly a laxative - more for strength and urinary support 3) MULETHI -soothing. to gut lining -good for immunity and respiratory health -slightly sweet, nourishing -Balances Vata and pitta Avoid if you have high Bp, water retention, or kidney issues CAN YOU COMBINE THEM? YES- but dosage matters SUGGESTED MILD NIGHT FORMULA -Triphala powder= 1/2 tsp -Gokshura powder= 1/4 tsp -Multethi powder= 1/4 tsp Boil in 1-1.5 cups water-> reduce to 3/4 cup-> strain-> drink warm after dinner (or before bed) WHAT THIS COMBO WILL DO -Constipation= mainly from triphala -Immunity= triphala + multethi -Strength= gokshura + mulethi -Gut healing= Multethi helpful IMPORTANT CONSIDERATIONS -If constipation is severe -> increase Triphala instead of increasing others -If you feel heaviness-> reduce multethi -If you have high Bp-> avoid regular Mutethi use -If stools becomes too loose-> reduce triphala dose If your main issue is constipation -Take triphala alone at night -Take gokshura separately in morning with warm water This gives better targeted result DO FOLLOW HOPE THIS MIGHT BE HELPFUL THANK YOU
Would suggest you to take triphala with hot water and a teaspoon of ghee. You can take gokshur and mulethi half tsp mix together with warm water or can make kadha as well.
You should not combine Triphala, Gokhura and Mulethi randomly and drink daily at night. Each of these works differently: Triphala – mainly for bowel regulation Gokhura – more for urinary and reproductive system Mulethi – soothing, but can increase water retention and affect BP if taken long term Mixing all three without knowing your body type, digestion strength, blood pressure status and main complaint may create more imbalance instead of benefit. For simple constipation, plain Triphala in correct dose is usually enough. For immunity, kadha is not required daily unless there is recurrent infection. For “strength”, it depends on whether weakness is due to poor digestion, stress, sleep issues, or deficiency. One single kadha cannot solve all three goals together. Also, Triphala at night does not suit everyone. In some people it increases dryness or causes loose motions. Better approach: First identify your main priority — constipation, immunity, or weakness — and treat that properly. If you want to use herbs regularly, it is safer to select the right combination and dose based on your constitution and current health status. If you share your age, digestion pattern, sleep, BP, and other conditions, a proper plan can be designed. For structured guidance and correct dosage, detailed consultation is recommended instead of experimenting.
