Area of specialization:
I am mostly working with digestive issues like Agni vikars, hormonal ups-downs and stiffness or pain in joints—things that ppl either ignore or try fixing with short-term stuff that don’t really go deep. I look at root cause every time. Like, if someone comes with irregular periods or acidity that flares up every few days, I won’t just hand herbs and say come back in 10 days. I really try to figure what’s underneath it all—doshas, lifestyle, food habits, even sleep. It’s all connected. Stree roga cases interest me a lot tbh. PCOD, delayed cycles, hormonal imbalances... I try to create plans that actually fit the person—not just their disease. Same with arthritis or joint stiffness, I check agni status, use proper samprapti logic and then go with diet, panchakarma only if it’s needed. Like I won’t suggest vamana just coz the textbook says Kapha dushti—has to match the patient too. Sometimes, I use classical combos with diet rules and small routines—it’s surprising how tiny things help, like early dinner or stopping curd at night. My goal really is to offer sth long-lasting, where patient doesn't depend on meds forever. If a treatment don’t feel right to me, I pause it. If I feel their digestion or strength isn’t ready for detox, I delay it. It's always about sustainable healing—not quick-fix.
Achievements:
I am grateful to hv recieved an Honorary Professorship frm ASPEUS, Prayagraj—it really felt like a huge validation for all the effort I put into blending acupressure with Ayurveda. I didn’t expect it honestly, but it pushed me to keep going. Also I’m a Certified Garbhasanskar Coach now!! Did my training at National Institute of Ayurveda, Jaipur. That experience kind of changed my perspective on antenatal care, felt more real, deeper. Both things kinda shaped how I look at healing overall.

I am someone who always kinda leaned toward natural healing methods, yk, stuff that connects with the whole body-mind thing. That’s how I ended up diving deep into Ayurveda and Acupressure—both just felt right. I work closely with people who aren’t just looking for a quick fix, but really want to understand what’s going on inside. I usually mix Ayurvedic diagnosis with marma & acupressure points, and sometimes throw in simple Yoga too when it fits the person’s need. Nothing flashy, just whatever makes sense for the case. What I really focus on is treating the root of a disease—not just masking the symptoms with meds. In fact, I try to keep meds minimal unless totally necessary. Most of my treatment plans rely on understanding someone’s prakriti and how their habits are affecting it. And yeah, a lot of healing comes from helping people get their daily routines back in balance—basic stuff like food, sleep, stress-handling and digestion—but trust me it works! My work often feels like coaching ppl back into rhythm with themselves. I do a lot of preventive work too. Early signs, dosha imbalances, digestive issues—they all give hints before bigger things happen. That’s where I come in with small, consistent shifts rather than aggressive treatments. Most of my patients come with chronic stuff or unexplained fatigue, hormonal swings or aches they just can’t figure out. We sit, we talk, sometimes long, and together we build a plan that’s simple and doable—no extreme diets or impossible schedules. Also I’m a Certified Garbhasanskar Coach which means I support women during their pregnancy—emotionally, mentally, physically. These sessions are special. It’s more than just herbs or food charts... it’s about helping a woman carry not just a child, but peace, strength, & joy. I work on everything from diet and yoga to calming practices and fetal bonding.. This part of my practice really fills me with a diff kind of energy. Whether you're feeling stuck with a chronic thing or just need a new approach to health, my goal is to help you reconnect with your natural healing power. not through shortcuts, but through real, honest, grounded care that respects both your symptoms and your story.
