Area of specialization:
I am currently pursuing my specialization in Panchakarma n honestly, it’s a journey that's makin me look deeper into how our body stores, reacts, and even holds on to illness—not just physically but like emotionally too. Panchakarma’s not just detox, like people think. It’s a systematic reset, tailored for each person depending on what doshas are outta whack, what symptoms they’re showing, and how deep the imbalance has gone. What really pulled me toward this field was how it blends both intense clinical insight with ancient techniques that are still relevant today. I’m learning not just about the main five karmas like Vamana, Virechana etc but also the detailed planning around Poorvakarma, follow-up protocols, oil selection, body prep—all of it. Each step matters. Each mistake too. And that keeps me grounded and careful. Sometimes the body needs gentler treatments, other times more aggressive—getting that balance right takes time, and that’s the part I’m digging into these days. Most of all, I want to work with patients who are ready to trust that real healing takes time n patience. I focus a lot on listening to what your body's trying to say even when you’re not sure what’s going on. If you’re dealing with chronic fatigue, skin flareups, hormonal shifts, migraines or gut issues and you're open to rebalancing from inside out—I’ll do my best to guide you through a proper panchakarma plan. One that’s suited for your current state and doesn't just push treatments for the sake of it.
Achievements:
I am someone who kinda enjoy sharing my work with others in the field, and that’s why I’ve done few paper and poster presentations at national-level events here n there—was honestly nervous at first but turned out to be worth it. Not huge stuff maybe, but still it gave me that boost to explain complex things in a way others could get it. Helped me polish my thinking too, like what am I really trying to say in my clinical work n why it matters in bigger picture. Got more confident each time.

I am an Ayurvedic doctor who honestly belives that healing’s not just about fixing one problem n moving on… it’s more like a process, something you build into your life. I don’t just focus on the disease part, though that’s obviously important—my whole approach is to look at what’s causing it underneath, how your body's reacting, what habits are feeding it, all that. And then work with you to help your system get back to balance, not just short-term relief. My consultations usually include not just Ayurvedic treatment but also specific diet plans based on your prakriti (body constitution) n dosha imbalances. I really pay attention to what kind of foods support your condition or maybe making it worse, and then try to gently shift those patterns—not one-size-fits-all kind of thing. Yoga’s part of the picture too. I’ll suggest asanas and breathwork that fit your condition n capacity, and yeah sometimes people underestimate how much impact a simple 10-minute routine can have. But it makes a huge diffrence over time. Ayurveda’s not fast-food medicine. It’s personal. I try to keep it realistic though, like if your schedule is crazy or if you don’t even know what ghee is, we’ll figure a way that actually fits. That’s one thing I keep coming back to—each body is diff., each story too. Some patients come with skin issues, some with chronic acidity, others just tired of popping pills everyday for diabetes or BP and looking for something deeper or maybe just more natural. Whatever the case, I try my best to make them feel heard n supported. And I’ll say this—I’m not here to throw sanskrit verses and go. I explain things properly, answer questions even if they sound silly, and keep you involved in your own healing. Ayurveda’s powerful but only when it meets you where you’re at, right now. If you’re looking for a kind of care that’s detailed, thoughtful and builds health slowly but surely—I’ll walk with you on that path.
