Doctor information
Experience:
1 year
Education:
Uttrakhand Ayurved University
Academic degree:
Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery
Area of specialization:
I am mainly working with patients who are suffering from avascular necrosis (AVN) of the femur bone, where Ayurveda offers ways to slow down progression and improve mobility. Alongside that, I also give attention to children with delayed milestones, guiding parents with safe Ayurvedic approaches that support natural growth and development. Skin deep pains like back pain, knee pain, or arthritis are another part of my daily practice. Sometimes body pain looks simple but when you go deeper it is connected to vata imbalance or digestion weakness. I try to match herbs, panchakarma and diet advice to what exactly the patient need, not just a general plan. In women’s health, I treat PCOD and other gynecological problems by balancing hormones naturally and focusing on long term cycles health. Mental health is also something I don’t ignore — anxiety, depression, migraine — many cases are linked with lifestyle and stress. Here too Ayurveda gives powerful tools like meditation support, herbal mind calming medicines, and routine changes. My specialization is broad but connected, since chronic diseases often overlap. I see the goal as not only reducing symptoms but also helping the person feel whole again. Mistakes, doubts, or slow recovery are part of the process, but staying consistent with authentic Ayurveda usually brings results worth waiting for.
Achievements:
I am proud that we took a lifetime franchise of Kerala Ayurveda Thulasi branch, it feels like a big responsibilty and also a trust shown on us. Along with that, we were honored with an Excellence Award from Kerala Ayurveda, which still remind me of the effort put in by the whole team not just me. Recognition also came from Kottakkal Ayurveda and Vaidyaratnam, two names that carry heavy respect in ayurveda feild. These achievments motivate me to keep working with more focus, even when challenges come.

I am working as a Medical Officer at KIPS Panchkarma Thulasi, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, where I have been serving for almost 1 year and 6 months now. This center is part of a reputed Ayurvedic hospital from Kerala, and that connect gives me chance to work with authentic Kerala medicines and practice Panchakarma therapies in their true classical way. Day to day I see patients with chronic and acute disorders, and the focus is always to bring balance in doshas, restore strength and give relief without harsh side effects. I have in-depth knowledge of Kottakkal Ayurveda medicines, and this allows me to choose formulations that are both safe and effective. Sometimes I combine Panchakarma like Virechana or Basti with specific diet correction and lifestyle plan, sometimes a simple herbal preparation is enough. Each case is different, and I like to understand prakriti, the root of imbalance, rather than just symptoms. Being in this role also taught me that patient trust matters more than anything, because people often come after trying many other treatments. When they see small improvements—better sleep, less pain, lighter digestion—they feel motivated and continue the healing process. At times progress is slow, but Ayurveda works in depth, and I feel it’s important to guide with patience. Working here gave me not only clinical exposure but also confidence that classical Ayurveda still has very strong relevance in modern times. I want to keep learning, keep refining, and help more patients find health in natural way. Mistakes happen, some days are harder, but that’s part of practice too.
