Period is not coming - #1044

I'm 39yrs. Last month I got periods on 4th oct. This month till now I couldn't get the periods. Almost 39 days. Usually I will have periods on 33rd day. Kindly advice

Diet plays a pretty big role. If your agni, or digestive fire, is weak or overloaded, it can affect your cycle. Try focusing on a balanced diet with warm, easily digestible foods.
