Please donot overdo any home remidies… Anything that is of heating potency can drop ur heamoglobin low and that can also cause delayed mensis.

You can try having papaya or a cup of kadha made from half a teaspoon of black sesame seeds and jaggery.

Please donot overuse this as well. you can have it maximum for 5 days… If u still donot get your mensis please visit a doctor and do the required test

Ah, missing periods can be tricky, especially if you thought things were back on track, huh? PCOS can be stubborn sometimes, even if you’ve been managing it well. So, let’s talk about Ayurveda. It’s not a one-size-fits-all thing, so you’ve gotta tweak it to suit your body, right? You’re already on the right track with stuff like cinnamon and coriander seeds. They’re warming and can stimulate blood flow, which might help.

Let’s add a couple more things to your routine. First up, try sesame seeds with jaggery. Both are known to promote regular cycles. Just grind up a tablespoon of sesame seeds, mix it with, say, a tablespoon of jaggery, and munch on this mixture once daily. Timing-wise, do it before breakfast. But don’t overdo it; a little goes a long way.

Secondly, we’ve got this wonder herb called Ashoka (not the tree, but the bark). Traditionally, it’s used for regulating menstrual flow. You can find it at Ayurvedic stores in capsule or powder form. If it’s powder, mix half a teaspoon with warm water and drink it twice a day.

Stress can also play games with our cycles. You sound pretty active with your workouts, which is great, but make sure you’re balancing intense exercise with some restorative practices like yoga or meditation for at least 15–20 minutes a day. It can help calm the mind and body.

And about food—keep it warm and fresh. Avoid anything processed or cold, and consider reducing caffeine or spicy foods if you’re consuming a lot. They can aggravate Vata dosha, which might mess with your cycle.

But remember, it’s also possible that this could be something else, so if things don’t change soon, definitely reach out to your healthcare provider. They can figure out if there’s something beyond what Ayurveda alone can manage. Stay in tune with your body and take care!
