Oh, it sounds like you have quite a bit on your plate right now, doesn't it? With your last period on March 25th and you mentioning intercourse on April 17th, there might be a possibility of conception. Usually, ovulation occurs around the middle of your menstrual cycle, often day 14 if you have a 28-day cycle. However, these things can vary greatly person to person. A little tricky, right? If your period is delayed, just three days, I would recommend testing for pregnancy. Make sure to use a reliable pregnancy test first thing in the morning when hCG levels might be more detectable. It's simple to do that home—just follow the instructions on the package, and you'll have some clarity. On the UTI front, yeah, that's a bit annoying for sure. Did they prescribe antibiotics specific to your condition? It's crucial to complete the full course as prescribed, even if symptoms improve. Drink plenty of water to help flush the bacteria out of your system. From an Ayurvedic perspective, maintaining a regular routine and supporting your agni (digestive fire) is key. A light diet, focusing on warm cooked foods, could help. Sipping on warm water with ginger throughout the day can support digestion during this time. If it's conception you're hoping for, try to take it easy. Stress can sometimes play a part in all this. Consider deep breathing exercises or some gentle yoga to relax. And if that test turns positive, and you're expecting, be sure to follow up with your doctor for guidance and prenatal care. If there's any urgency or severe symptoms concerning UTI or anything else healthwise, please get on the phone or back to your doc asap. Stay safe and take care!

You can check on UPT (urine pregnancy test) kit easily available in nearby chemist. Or for better confirmation you can go for USG of pelvis.
