Looking for Good Ayurveda Blogs with Reliable Advice Any Recommendations - #2300

I’ve been trying to learn more about Ayurveda for some time, mainly because I want to manage my digestion issues and stress naturally, but it’s confusing to know where to start. I searched for Ayurveda blogs online but there’s just so many! I find some posts are either too complicated or too vague. I get lost trying to understand the differences between Vata, Pitta, and Kapha, and then there are all these Ayurvedic herbs, like ashwagandha, brahmi, and turmeric. I really need a blog that explains all this stuff simply and practically so I can actually start doing it instead of just reading about it. Also, I’d like a blog that covers Ayurvedic recipes, especially for digestion, and maybe some good info about morning routines and stress management. I’m not sure if there’s a blog out there that combines all of these things without overwhelming someone like me who’s still a beginner. I’d really appreciate if anyone could recommend some Ayurveda blogs that they’ve actually used and trust. Are there any that focus on practical advice instead of just theory? I just want something where I can learn simple steps, not something that feels like reading a textbook 😅.
