I am really struggling with my energy levels lately. It seems like no matter how much I sleep, I feel totally drained by midday. A friend mentioned they had the same issue and started using this Dabur Amritarishta Syrup, which totally helped them! I've only just started looking into it. Yesterday, I did some reading and it sounds promising, but idk, I’m a bit skeptical. I've tried other tonics before but didn’t see any improvement and I worry if I might be wasting my time again. A few months ago, had some blood tests done and everything came out pretty normal, at least that's what my doc said. My diet is decent, not super junky or anything.
