I am really confused and honestly a bit desperate lately. Been struggling with fatigue and lack of energy for months, and I feel like I’ve tried everything under the sun. My doctor just said it’s stress-related or something, but I’m not buying it. After a friend recommended Amrita Vasant Kusumakar, I thought maybe Ayurveda could help me out! I looked it up and it sounds promising but I dunno... I’ve been feeling super drained and I can’t concentrate at work. Also, my digestion is off — like, on some days, I feel bloated, and then other days I can't eat anything without feeling sick. It's just a mess, to be honest. I do yoga and try to eat good, but lately, even that feels exhausting. What’s the deal with Amrita Vasant Kusumakar? Does it really boost energy, or is it just a bunch of hype?
