I am really struggling with my energy levels these days. Like, everything feels so heavy, and I can barely keep up with my daily tasks. I’ve been feeling stressed out and my sleep isn’t great either. A friend recently recommended Amrita Vigoved Capsule, saying it helped him loads with fatigue and stress. I’ve looked it up, but I’m kinda hesitant, you know? I read that it’s supposed to balance the doshas and improve vitality, but what if I don't respond to it? Last month, I took some blood tests, and everything seemed normal but the doctor told me it might just be stress. I honestly doubt if it's really just stress, or maybe I’m missing something more serious? I tried some other natural supplements before, and they didn’t do much.
