SDM Lashuna Rasayana Capsules - #35789

Jaxon

I am really at my wits end here! For about the last 6 months, I have been feeling super drained and lethargic, like I could sleep for days and not feel rested. A friend told me about SDM Lashuna Rasayana Capsules after mentioning I might need something natural to boost my energy. I looked it up and it claims to help with fatigue and overall wellness, which sounds great, right? I started taking them about two weeks ago, but honestly, I don’t know if I feel any different. I was hoping they'd kick in more by now... Just yesterday I actually missed a whole work meeting because I was soooo tired. I also sometimes get this weird bloating after meals that makes me feel even more sluggish, ugh. Maybe that’s related?! Has anyone else tried SDM Lashuna Rasayana Capsules and had a similar experience? I’m just wondering if I should give it more time or maybe I’m not taking them right. Like, do I need to take them with food, or would it be better on an empty stomach? Hell, I even saw that some people take them at different times of the day. Any advice on this would be super helpful! Just really wanna feel like my old self again. Thanks!

Doctors' responses

Considering your symptoms of fatigue, lethargy, and bloating, it’s essential to understand that these might be interconnected and often result from imbalances in your body, which Ayurveda explains through the concept of doshas. From your description, it sounds like there may be an imbalance in your Vata or maybe even Kapha, as these doshas influence energy and digestion. Lashuna, or garlic in Ayurveda, is known to have potent Rasayana (rejuvenating) properties, which can be beneficial for boosting energy and improving overall vitality. It acts primarily upon the body’s metabolism, improving circulation and supporting heart health, which can be especially helpful for chronic fatigue.

However, it’s important to look at how you’re taking SDM Lashuna Rasayana Capsules. For optimal absorption and effectiveness, consider taking them with warm water either after breakfast or dinner, as this typically supports better digestion and integration into your routine. Garlic is quite hot and pungent by nature, which might sometimes disturb Pitta if not balanced well with food. So, ensuring that you aren’t on an empty stomach when you take this supplement can prevent potential aggravation of digestive issues like bloating you mentioned before.

Another angle to consider is the state of your Agni (digestive fire) and lifestyle, which plays pivotal role in how we feel daily. Focus on eating warm, easily digestible meals, perhaps including more cooked vegetables and soups, while staying away from cold or raw foods that might stress your digestion. Keeping regular meal timings and avoiding late nights can re-solidify your body’s natural rhythm, aiding restore energy levels.

If symptoms persist despite dietary adjustments or if there are underlying medical concerns, consulting with a healthcare professional is advisable. This ensures that there isn’t a deeper imbalance or condition affecting your overall health, which might require more direct intervention. Remember, Ayurveda emphasizes personalized care, so adjustments are often needed to match your unique constitution and condition.

Feeling drained and persistently fatigued can be quite frustrating, and it’s important first to consider potential underlying causes rather than solely relying on supplements. SDM Lashuna Rasayana capsules, which primarily contain garlic (lashuna), are often used in Ayurveda to support heart health and may help in reducing tiredness due to their natural properties of enhancing circulation and metabolism. However, results often vary since they’re not a quick fix, and typically, it might take longer than a couple of weeks to notice significant changes.

You mentioned bloating and feeling sluggish after meals, which may point towards issues in Agni or digestive fire imbalance, possibly due to an accumulation of Ama (toxins). This can significantly affect energy levels, so focusing on improving digestion can be as crucial as supplements. Eating lighter, easy-to-digest meals, chewing thoroughly, and practicing mindful eating might help reduce bloating.

When taking Lashuna Rasayana, dosage and timing can vary. Generally, capsules are most effective when taken with warm water after meals, as this can aid digestion and ensure better absorption. Yet, consider consistency and allow some time.

If the fatigue persists or worsens, it’s prudent to consult with a healthcare provider for a comprehensive evaluation. At times, fatigue could be indicative of more severe conditions like anemia or thyroid issues, which require prompt attention, so please do not hesitate to seek professional guidance if necessary. Exploring balances in your daily routine and possibly adjusting diet or lifestyle habits can help too.
