I am really struggling with how to control body heat, and I could use some advice. Lately, I feel like I'm always too hot, even when everyone around me is fine. Like the other day, I was at a family gathering, and while everyone was enjoying their food, I was sweating buckets. It was embarrassing! I’m not even talking about the summer heat; it was fall, and the temperature was pretty mild. I’ve tried drinking cold water and staying in shade, but it doesn't seem enough. Also, I noticed that after spicy meals, it gets worse! I’m really confused because I used to handle heat much better. My sleep is suffering too; I wake up several times at night feeling overheated. Even my skin feels warm to the touch a lot of the time. I did some tests recently, and everything seems normal, so I can't figure out what's going on! I’ve been doing some research into natural remedies, and I was wondering how to control body heat using Ayurvedic methods? Are there specific herbs or diet changes that could help?
