I am struggling a bit with how to take amla powder properly. My friend told me it's amazing for overall health and skin and even helps with digestion. I actually tried it for the first time a few days ago, mixed it in some water and wow, that taste was something else! Not super pleasant lol. I also wanna keep it consistent, but then it feels like a chore. Ugh, I know it sounds silly, but does the effectiveness change depending on how to take amla powder? Help!
