can we drink hot water in copper bottle - #36830
I am really curious about this hot water thing. Lately, I've been hearing all this buzz about drinking hot water from a copper bottle, but I can't help but wonder, can we drink hot water in copper bottle? I mean, I just switched to using a copper bottle for my water, mainly because a friend swears by its health benefits. But now I’m stressing over whether drinking hot water in it is safe or if I’m making a total mistake! The other day, I heated some water and poured it into my copper bottle, thinking it would help with my digestion issues, which have been crazy lately. Like, I feel bloated all the time and stuffy. But after I did that, I started thinking, wait, can we drink hot water in copper bottle or is that kind of bad. Is there any risk of the copper reacting with hot water? I guess I could just drink room-temperature water, which I usually do, but there’s something about the heat that just feels soothing. I've read conflicting opinions online and honestly, that has me more confused. Some say it's great for detox, others seem super cautious. What do you all think? Can I keep sipping my hot water from this copper bottle or should I just stick to cold? Would love any insights!!!
