Nightfall, yaani swapnadosh, ko Ayurvedic drishti se samjhein to yeh vaakya vita, pitta aur kapha ka santulan bigadne ki vijuat se hota hai. Yeh aksar maansik aur sharirik kaaran se juda hota hai jise dava aur jeevan shaili me badlaav se niyantrit kiya ja sakta hai.
Pehla kadam aapke aahar me sudhar hai. Taaze fal aur sabziyon ka sewan avashya karein. Iske alawa, doodh aur guda (jaggery) ka sewan bhi labhdayak hai lekin samay par kariye. Rat me doodh lena uchit hai, yeh sharir ko santulan pradaan karta hai aur swapnadosh ko niyantrit karta hai. Achhe aahar ke saath sath din me pau vasana (apana) ka prabandhan jarur karein. Insaan ko kuth cheezein suchna replicate kar ke so karni chahiye jaise bina parijanniyo ki sath jeene ki koshish. Samay samay par patrero kadi sath ghumne phirne chala jaye.
Yoga aur pranayam swapnadosh ke liye atyant labhdayak hai. Anulom-vilom aur bhramari pranayam ko din bhar me samay milne par 10-15 minute anushthaan karein. Yeh aapke dhairay ko sudhar karte hain aur maansik sthirta pradaan karte hain. Uske alawa, “Shavasana” asan ko prati din karein, yeh man ko shaant karne aur stress ko dur karne me madadgar hai.
Agar samasya bani rahe toh Satavari churna (2 gram doodh ke saath) subha-sham le sakte hain. Yeh pitta ko shaant karne aur sharir ko thandak dene me madad karta hai.
Swapnadosh ko rokne ke liye rachnatmak cheezein karne me bhi dhyan de – drishtikos havi ki disha baddlene ki koshish karein. Jane ki safaltapoorn hone ki yogya chiz banaye latgaaah.
Kuch cheezein se doori banaye rakhein jaise caffeine (chai, coffee), junk food, aur rat me mobile use karne se bachne ki koshish zaruri hai. Agar samjh nahin aaye toh charak chikitsa karyashala se salaah lene me jhijhak mat kijiye, kuch samasya ke liye vyaktigat salah avashyak hoti hai.
