Haan bilkul, aap apni body me calcium ke star ko behtar kar sakte ho, chahe kisi bhi wajah se usme kami aayi ho. Ayurveda me, hum kisi bhi sharirik samasya ko holistically dekhte hain. Masturbation ke karan bhi agar koi imbalance hai, toh hum usse bhi address karte hain.

Pehle toh, apne diet pe dhyan dena zaroori hai. Aapko aise khadiya padarth apni diet me shamil karne chahiye jo calcium se bharpur hon. Har din, doodh, paneer, yogurt jese dairy products, almond, sesame seeds, aur green leafy vegetables jese spinach ka upyog karna accha rahega. Inke alawa, ragi aur dry fruits bhi helpful hote hain.

Agni ko sudhrne ke liye, aapko apni digestion process ko behtar karna hoga. Apne meals ko regularly aur samay pe lena chahiye. Ajwain aur hing ka upyog aapke pachan tantra ko sudharne me madadgar hoga. Aap chhaachh ya buttermilk bhi apni diet me shamil kar sakte hain, ye pitta ko balance karta hai aur pachan ko bhi majboot banata hai.

Din me kam se kam 10-15 minute sunlight zaroori hai kyunki sunlight se body me Vitamin D banta hai, jo calcium absorption me madad karta hai. Iske alawa, pranayama aur meditition stress ko kam karne aur man ko shant karne me bhi sahyak hoti hai.

Abhyanga (oil massage) bhi afsara le sakte ho, isse stress kam hota hai aur vayu dosh ka balance hota hai. Til ka tel ya narial ka tel upyog kar sakte ho masage ke liye, preferably subah ke samay.

Dhyan dein jo bhi cheeje aapko harm karti hain, jaise excessive caffeine, alcohol, smoking unse dur rahein. Aur apne lifestyle ko balance rakhein, exercise regularly karein. Agar dikkat jari rahe, toh kisi acchi Ayurvedic physician se salah lena uchit rahega.
